Equipment research · October 19, 2026

Real examples. Installation context.

These are not universal winners. They show how grill size, heat, liner requirements, cabinetry, refrigeration, and published pricing change the surrounding project.

Research status

Manufacturer claims and public MSRPs were checked October 19, 2026. Blaze pages did not publish direct prices in the reviewed material, so none are invented here. Direct links are non-tracking. Always verify the exact SKU, current manual, quote, fuel type, availability, and installation scope.

Published product figures are not complete-project costs. Counters, cabinetry, base, fuel, power, water, drainage, protection, freight, labor, permits, tax, and contingency can exceed the appliance subtotal.

Grill heads

Size the system around the manual.

Width alone does not determine fit. Lid travel, heat, exhaust, rear clearance, control power, grease access, gas pressure, shutoff access, and noncombustible protection all affect the enclosure.

32-inch four-burnerPrice: verify current dealer quote

Blaze Premium LTE+ 32

Officially lists four 304 cast stainless burners at 14,000 BTU each plus a 10,000 BTU infrared rear burner.

Main output
56,000 BTU
Total listed output

Project questions

  • Which natural-gas or propane SKU and regulator?
  • What liner, ventilation openings, power, rear clearance, and lid clearance does the current manual require?
  • Who performs warranty labor and how is the grill removed?
34-inch premiumPrice: verify current dealer quote

Blaze Professional LUX 34

Officially lists three cast stainless H burners at 18,000 BTU each, a 10,000 BTU rear burner, and 816 square inches total cooking space.

Main output

Project questions

  • Does the higher burner output change gas-pipe sizing or ventilation?
  • What noncombustible enclosure and clearance detail is approved?
  • Is rotisserie storage and electrical access included in the layout?

Project questions

  • Confirm the exact 32-inch SKU because multiple burner configurations are shown.
  • Use the selected SKU’s manual and cutout—not the category page.
  • Price the compatible cabinet or liner, controls, trim, cover, and gas work.
38-inch premium$3,109 MSRP snapshot

Napoleon Built-In 700 Series 38

Officially lists 78,000 BTU, five main burners, one rear infrared burner, 945 square inches total cooking area, and rotisserie.

Width / depth
39.5″ / 27.6″
Lid-open height

Project questions

  • Can the fuel supply deliver the required load with other appliances operating?
  • Is an $829 listed compatible liner needed for the chosen construction?
  • Can the grill be safely delivered, set, removed, and serviced?

Surrounding system

The “extras” are the kitchen.

Heat protection, storage, refrigeration, counters, utilities, and access turn a grill into a functioning installation.

Do not generalize it

  • A liner is model-specific; it is not universal fireproofing.
  • The grill and liner manuals govern approved construction.
  • Overhead roofs and hoods are separate design questions.
Modular cabinetry$549–$1,349 examples

Napoleon OASIS Modules

Current examples range from a $549 reversible-door cabinet to a $1,349 under-grill cabinet for a 44-inch grill.

Complete the module quote

  • Add end panels, spacers, transitions, appliance enclosures, and counter fabrication.
  • Confirm level base, anchoring, corrosion environment, assembly, and delivery.
  • Map gas, power, drains, vents, and service access through the module system.
