Interactive ownership calculator

Estimate what the sauna costs after installation.

Use your heater size, utility rate, warm-up time, routine, maintenance allowance, and installed budget. The result is a transparent planning estimate—not an energy-performance claim.

Your assumptions

Use numbers you can verify.

Interpret the result

Three numbers deserve different treatment.

01

Energy estimate

The calculator conservatively treats the heater rating as continuous draw. Real consumption may be lower as thermostatic controls cycle, but warm-up, weather, glazing, insulation, door opening, and heater sizing matter.

02

Maintenance allowance

This is your planning input, not a product-specific forecast. Ask sellers for finish-care schedules, stone replacement, component warranties, service labor, and parts availability.

03

Cost per session

This includes the installed project cost across five years. It falls with regular use—but do not use that arithmetic to justify an unsuitable or unaffordable purchase.
