01How many people should fit comfortably?

Use the regular group, not the largest gathering you might host once a year. Published capacities are maximum claims, so bench dimensions still need verification.

How ranking works

A visible decision model, not an unexplained “best.”

Capacity is a gate. Models that cannot meet the requested published capacity are heavily penalized.

Budget and buying path carry the most weight. A turnkey project is not recommended into a kit-sized budget simply because its design looks appealing.

Form and priorities break ties. Cube, barrel, cabin, compactness, group use, recovery, and retreat preferences refine otherwise plausible options.

Climate creates verification work. It changes the caution attached to the result; it does not claim to prove local suitability.
